The Creator Launch Program is fully digital, so there's nothing to post and no shipping to pay. This page explains how and when you get in once your seat is confirmed.
No physical shipping
You won't receive a box in the mail. Everything — live sessions, labs, recordings and the cohort community — is delivered online. Wherever you can stream from, you can take part.
How access arrives
After you apply and we confirm payment, we send a welcome email to the address on your application. It contains your calendar of live sessions, the joining links, an invite to the private cohort community, and a short setup checklist so you're ready before week one.
When it arrives
Your welcome email goes out within two working days of your payment clearing. Live sessions and labs run on the published schedule for your cohort — usually two evenings a week plus one lab, with times published for your cohort. Session recordings are posted to the cohort space within a day of each session, so a missed evening never means falling behind.
What you'll need
A computer that can run your streaming software and your game or creative tools, a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We'll advise on gear during week one, but you can start with what you already have.
If something doesn't come through
Not seeing your welcome email? Check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] and we'll resend your access right away. We reply within one working day.
