This policy explains what Livevora Studio does with the personal details you hand us when you apply to a cohort or write in. We keep it short because we collect very little. Livevora Studio operates from Viru väljak 4, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia.
What we collect
When you fill in the application or contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the plan you're interested in, your streaming experience, and anything you type into the message box. That's the whole list. We don't ask for card numbers, addresses or documents on the site — payment is handled separately once your seat is confirmed.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, confirm your place in a cohort, arrange payment, and run the program you signed up for — scheduling sessions, sharing recordings, and giving feedback on your streams. If you ask us a question, we use your contact details to answer it. We don't sell your data or hand it to advertisers.
Where it lives and for how long
Form submissions are written to a private file on our hosting and, for active cohorts, to the tools we use to run sessions and send email. We keep application details for as long as you're in touch about a cohort, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you rejoin. If you'd rather we delete everything, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold, correct anything that's wrong, or have your record removed. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. You can also unsubscribe from any cohort email at any time.
Cookies and third parties
The site uses a small number of cookies, covered in our Cookie Policy. We rely on a few outside services — web hosting, email, and the platforms we run live sessions on — and share only what those services need to do their job.
